SSL-Only Email for Premium Clients 5th January!

Don't forget, that we are turning off plain text authentication for SMTP, POP3 and IMAP on 5th January for all Premium hosting plans. Have you updated your email clients yet for SSL email?

Did we fail to take an automatic card payment?

We updated our card payment provider at the beginning of December. Because we don't have direct access to your credit card details the change requires our customers to re-enter their card details in their client area under Update Card Details found by hovering over the email address in the top right hand corner.
